The 20Bet welcome sports bonus is a one-time offer; if you have already made at least one deposit to your account balance, you will not be able to receive this gift. It is also strictly forbidden to create a second account in order to receive a bonus to which you are no longer entitled – we will block the customer for such a violation.

The gift is credited automatically provided that the corresponding bonus has been activated before the first deposit is made. If the deposit amount is less than the minimum threshold of €10, the bonus will not be credited.

The money gifted by the 20Bet administration cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements specified in the terms and conditions of the draw have been met. To withdraw funds, you must wager the bonus amount five times. Only express bets are considered valid for wagering – with any number of events from two and a total odds of at least 2.

The customer has 7 days from the moment the bonus is credited to wager it: during this period, you must not only place bets, but also wait for them to be settled as wins or losses. If the bet has not been settled on time, it will not count towards the wagering requirement. If a 20Bet user has not met the five-fold wagering requirement within the specified time frame, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

You can wager on any sports (except racing and long-term predictions) offered in the 20Bet betting line, but you cannot place multiple bets on the same match – all events must be unique. If a bet is returned for any reason, including the postponement of an event, or if a player redeems a coupon on their own decision, such bets will not count towards the wagering requirement.

If you successfully wager the bonus, the remaining funds in your bonus account will be transferred to your main balance. You can now use it to place bets of any kind or withdraw it. The bonus cannot be withdrawn if the balance is so small that it would not be enough for even the minimum bet.

Partial wagering is not practised: you either fulfil all the conditions in full or lose the gift.

The 20Bet administration adheres to KYC requirements and has the right to request customer identification. To verify your personal details, you are required to provide photographs of the necessary documents upon request from our security service – identity documents and, in some cases, proof of address or ownership of payment details. If a player fails to respond to legitimate requests for a long period of time, we reserve the right to suspend the offender’s service.
